We came across this idea for a wedding color scheme on the blog, The Bride’s Guide, a subsidiary of Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine. The inspiration for this powder blue wedding came from the Lumimarja fabric. From the light blue drinks to the ribbon trimmed cake, the effect is simply lovely.

We recently came across this photo from Rodrigo Quiñones. What a great use of Marimekko Joonas upholstery fabric. We think the black and white couch works nicely with the bold orange pieces – what do you think? Thank you to Rodrigo for the photo – looks great!

For comparison, above and below are some photos of the old equipment and fabric production (from 2003, new equipment added 2004). The photos even further illustrate how impressive the new production equipment is….wow, what a difference.
