When watching In the Mood for Love (2000), a film set in 1960’s Hong Kong, I noticed some Marimekko in the background. In one character’s apartment, the walls are papered in purple Appelsiini fabric. I thought it looked really interesting and so I did some research to see if I could wallpaper a wall using Marimekko fabric. I found great instructions on HGTV.com, which I am yet to try. I think this would be a great project for the adventurous designer.
