We recently came across these great Marimekko lampshades made from vintage Marimekko Kivet fabric by Jennifer DeLonge. What a great, creative use of Marimekko fabric.

So, how do you make the recycling area in your kitchen look beautiful? Add Marimekko! We came across this great solution at Sooki’s blog. See a detailed photo below, the fabric she used is Red/White Marimekko Unikko designed by Maija Isola in 1964. Thank you to Sooki for sharing this with us!
